Flash Guidelines
- Multiple people can claim selected designs, but I will try my best to ensure that your selected designs will not be used in the same placement and/or colour as another client.
- These designs are usually flat rated based on the placement or size you want. Please submit a booking form or email directly to inquire about cost for any specific design.
- Discounted designs are flat rated as shown on specific pages.
- I will continuously add or remove designs based on how I feel as an artist.
- Although i prefer to work with black ink, colour can be requested the day of your session.
- Customized requests can be made on the flash designs in the booking form.
- Designs cannot be used as tattoo cover ups or attached/added onto a previous tattoo without confirming first.
- All designs will have shadework not shown. This will be discussed the day of your session.

Flash work inspired by Indigenous, black culture, black womxn, Mehndi (Henna) designs, or art that is indicative of a specific culture will only be tattooed if you are black, a person of colour or if it pertains to your cultural ethnicity. I, therefore, reserve the right to refuse my tattooing services if this standard is not respected. Rare exceptions CAN be made if give a valid reason - please email directly for clarification if unsure.

Booking Process
Session Scheduling
Here is my Booking Form to request a tattoo session.
Appointments are typically scheduled 4-8 weeks ahead and updates on any cancellations or rescheduled appointments, flash events or tours are announced via my instagram broadcast channel and/or stories.
I encourage you to follow and sign up online to any of my platforms in order to receive faster updates on scheduling a session. You can also gather more information on my process via the Q & A page.

Tattoo Designs
Custom Tattoos - Drawn designs are designed with you present on the day of the tattoo appointment due to the intensity of my schedule. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions that can be made to this at this time!
Flash Designs - design change requests can be asked for most of my flash art. You may request prior or during your session.
Cover Ups - They will only be accepted if I feel confident that the cover up can be executed. It depends on what you currently have and what you want to cover it up with. Please email directly for approvals.

Pricing
Hourly Rate: averages $250 CAD + HST since 2020*
Flat Rate: I typically flat rate all my sessions depending on the size and placement you want! That way you are informed about the overall cost and can be prepared for the final payment(s) the day of a session. I usually book my sessions with two options:
Full Day Sessions: $1650 CAD + HST ($350 in savings) for 7.5 hours
Half Day Sessions: $875 CAD + HST or less (standard hourly rate based on the sizing)
Deposits: I charge between $50- $200 CAD to secure a session via e-transfer or paypal

- The time starts from the moment the design discussion begins and includes drawing time and tattooing.
- Final payments must be made in-person and on the same day of the tattoo session.
- If you would still like to tip I ask that you tip via cash! Tips are dependent on the individual receiving the service (15-20% is accepted).

Design Exclusions
- No palmar skin (the side of the finger and palms), ears or directly on genitalia.
- No watercolour tattoos
- No copied artwork unless you have the artist’s permission!
- Although i prefer to work in black ink, colour can be requested prior or the day of your session but is not always guaranteed!
At this time, I am not taking on any of the following concepts:
sunflowers, feathers with birds coming out of it, elephants, lions, anchors, compasses, musical notes, infinity symbols, Billie Holiday , crosses, rosaries, hand/finger prints or pet prints! I simply cannot tattoo them well or have tattooed these ideas too many times.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations or appointment changes must be done 48 hours before the date of the session in order to keep your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
If you request to reschedule last minute, you may be required to send an additional deposit.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, you will lose the deposit toward the tattoo.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your session will be cancelled.

Additional Info
Please try to wear minimal colours in terms of clothing - black, grey, dark green/blue, denim etc. if possible!
Eat well and drink a lot of water for tattoo sessions, try to avoid alcohol, caffeine or blood thinning medications prior to your session.
Please email in advance to get permission to use numbing creams or sprays on the area being tattooed. I only allow this on painful areas such as full back, ribcage, joints, head/skull tattoos ankles or feet. The majority of other placements are manageable without numbing.
